Agency Rating
Joan B
I like that they provide consistency. They have been very helpful. They have clear communication.
4.5 / 5Carolyn S
I have had good care for the last 5 years. The caregiver takes me to appointments.
5 / 5James R
They are very flexible with my schedule concerns, prompt, and responsive. At times, my father was completely bed-ridden and they were able to care for his personal needs, hygiene needs, and other tasks.
5 / 5Margaret R
I am not sure what they could do better but the people were pretty good. They had nice nurses. For the times they were there, they were mostly good.
4 / 5Ransler H
They were always able to provide someone when I need them. It has made life a lot easier for me to do things outside the home like go grocery shopping and go to the bank.
4.75 / 5Larry K
I like that they have good care and they are reliable. It would be good to have more qualified substitutes as needed.
4.25 / 5Elizabeth P
They were supposed to invoice me and send me the balance of the money that wasn't used, and it took a month for them to get back to me. The woman that came was only here from 7-10. It didn't affect my daily life. She was very nice though.
3.5 / 5Jacqueline H
I absolutely love this agency! To sum it up, they've treated my mother like a person, with dignity, and they've helped me and other loved ones navigate this part of her life. I think I would've been sent to the "looney bin" because I was going crazy trying to figure out how to provide care for her. I don't think she would be able to be home without them and so they've been an amazing help.
5 / 5Richard S
I would recommend them because I am very satisfied with their services. They are reliable and that has been an important factor. We have night
4.75 / 5Sterling M
They need professional nurses. We were traumatized by the services for weeks.
0.5 / 5Catherine F
They are wonderful for my mom and I have not had issues. They take care of her every-day needs. They go above and beyond.
5 / 5Richard S
I like that they're very responsive and they put a team of caregivers together pretty quickly. It helps us feel secure in knowing my husband is safe. It makes me feel comfortable to do things on my own.
3.75 / 5Phyllis R
I like that y'all are usually really good about being able to get an aide for us and they almost always show up. Sitting with her is really good.
5 / 5Gary C
We haven't had any problems. They help make him comfortable.
5 / 5Richard E
They need to communicate ahead of time and give me information about who the caregiver is going to be in a timely manner. They also need me to prove consistency about who the caregiver is going to be. The first caregiver we were provided was very empathetic, but they haven't been able to do what they told me and provide the same caregiver throughout the week.
1.5 / 5Stephen B
They could send me some sort of copies of the bills. All the work that is done in the house is helpful; laundry, meals, and cleaning.
4.25 / 5Laryssa G
Every single care provider that they have sent me has been top notch. I am pretty self-sufficient and do not really need a companion. She does little things for me like opening a can of soup, which I cannot do since I broke my hand.
4.25 / 5Catherine F
They are doing a wonderful job with my mother, they coordinate her appointments, the caregiver has my mom laughing and she seems happy. The caregivers are very good. My mother has dementia. They cook for her, house keep, her laundry, and shopping.
5 / 5Diane I
I like that the caregivers from Preferred Care at Home are very nice. The agency has made my experience positive by sending nice caregivers to help me.
4.75 / 5Catherine F
I like the caregivers that we've been getting from Preferred Care at Home and they're handling the billing with the insurance company. Basically, it leaves me free to live my life because they're taking care of my mother's needs and I can come visit without having to worry about doctor's appointments and shopping and cleaning. They take care of it. They've helped the most because my mother is in good hands. When I go and visit, that's all I have to do is visit. I don't have to feel crazy and keep up with everything.
4.75 / 5Anne C
I liked their professionalism and their compassion. They really advocated for my aunt when she was home. They really helped us to make a decision for what the best care was for my aunt. We really appreciated their caring and input.
5 / 5Laryssa G
One thing is they are incredibly reliable. I trust the women they send. They are honest with me. They do everything I ask of them with good reason. By sending good people, they are here for good. They aren't lazy women, they are hard workers and they read me, and I read them.
5 / 5Johanna H
I liked the way they us feel comfortable, at ease, and the way the caregivers took care of her. The warmth and the caring of the caregivers was great. They were phenomenal.
5 / 5Margaret R
Everyone is very nice. Just by having someone different to interact with her and they make sure that she does what she needs to do.
4.5 / 5Larry K
They're very reliable. They bathe her.
