They're reliable. They help us be able to take him out to dinner once a week, which is the one time he can count on to get out of his assisted living home.

The regular caregiver is very good. They show up, and that makes life easier.

The agency could improve by if they had the time to do this, it would be helpful if the worker had a little bit more training before sent out. The services have been a positive experience because it enables me to live a normal life.
4 / 5Mary M
I asked them to change a couple caregivers who were very young and inexperienced. We use them twice a week, but I want them to have caregivers with more experience, since I have to be here with them.
3.5 / 5Bettie M
I like that when they can't send the caregiver, they find a replacement. That, even on short notice, they would have someone available.
5 / 5Mark F
What I like the most about them we like about the caregiver's courtesy, her punctuality and how efficient she is. The caregiver takes a big strain off the family, she does a great job.
5 / 5Anonymous
They need to be more consistency and get proper scheduling and letting me know when someone is coming to the home, and they need to work on communication. The first and second shift were pretty good, and the third shift was not that good, but when they were there, it was fine.

I like the caregiver that I have now. Before that I had several that were not satisfactory to me. I like that they keep trying to find the right person. They have made my experience positive because I had one caregiver that did not work out at all. They were listening to me take my side on it.
4 / 5Johnetta F
I would recommend them. I like that they are very kind, caring, and very attentive. They have made my experience positive just by them being here. It has allowed me to be home and do the things at the house that I need to do. My husband can go to work and have confidence that I am taken care of.
4.5 / 5Dr. P
They've matched the personality of the caregiver very well. They get along and do activities together. Before, I had to provide total care to her, which was interfering with my ability to get home things done and so they have been helpful in caring for her.
