The caregivers had no idea what to do or why they were there. They could have better-trained caregivers. The company could better explain the expectations to the caregivers.

You follow through and they're prompt in calling back. I got a very young person, because that is what was available on short notice. I wanted someone a little older. They didn't know how to boil an egg. When she worked in the kitchen, she didn't put things back where they came from. I couldn't find my burner after she left, and my son found it in the stove.
