I like that they call and check on you, and they make sure that the gal is here sometimes. Sometimes she forgets to clock in, and they call to make sure that she is here. She is able to helps me a lot. She tends to me and makes sure that I am okay.

They need to improve the consistency with their aids. When my daughter gets use to an aide, they always end up changing. The provider reminds Chasity of doing things, and they help her cope with the social skills. They help reminder her of things and help with general things.

I like the scheduler, Nicole, that I spoke with, she was very kind and informative. I found out that I was able to become a caregiver through them. I am able to be there as his caregiver instead of someone else. That is my favorite part of the services.
