Agency Rating
Cindy C
They take great pride in taking care of the personal needs of the patient as well as her family. They work with me to make sure she's getting all the care she needs. They do laundry and notify nurses or me if there are things that need to be further looked at or followed up with.
5 / 5Scot B
We have been using them since 2018, in general they have done a great job. They basically have been very responsible. They call me if something is wrong.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
Everything that they've said that they would do, they do it. They've changed her life. Relying on home health care has been difficult for her, but they made it easier for both her and me.
5 / 5Gayle W
So far they're very reliable. They send over good people (who are well-trained). They go above and beyond. Having the service has helped me immeasurably when I need to be away from my mother for an extended period of time and having the piece of mind.
5 / 5Wilson K
The lady came out and interviewed us herself. They have someone on the phone to change our schedule at any time. My wife does not have any hobbies so the provider does crafts that my wife enjoys doing.
5 / 5Dian E
They are dependable, and the communication is good. The caregivers are dependable
4.5 / 5Anonymous
They have a lot of problems with taking care of their people and getting somebody out there. The quality of the people they send out just don't seem to care and want to make a buck and go on with their lives. They need to hire people that care and want to work. That would be helpful.
3 / 5Anonymous
They don't have any backup if someone's sick for me to recommend them more. They should have people to fill in when someone's not able to come.
2.25 / 5Dale B
They work very hard to accommodate to my schedule, and it was a very rigorous schedule to come take care of my wife. And the people they sent over were really good people. I needed help and they sent good help.
5 / 5Johanna F
They are very courteous. I would like more help with chores in general.
4.5 / 5Phillip (
The people they sent are well trained and knowledgeable. They are personable with my dad. It keeps him alert. He is bed bound.
4.75 / 5Donna W
I like that they follow through. They work with me on the schedule.
4.75 / 5Janice V
The people that came they were very caring.
5 / 5Jeff P
They need to have a better pool of caregivers. They always scramble around for reliable caregivers. Too unpredictable. The impact has had minimal impact. More emotional impact.
3 / 5Shelly C
The people they sent are nice and helpful. They're on time. They help her with everything. They're good caregivers.
4.5 / 5Lynda K
They care about me. They help with my laundry.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
They need to improve the quality of nurses. They could have better quality nurses.
2.75 / 5Phillip (
I like that the people they send are good, and they take care of my father well. I don't have to worry knowing someone is taking care of my dad.
4.75 / 5Johanna F
My favorite thing about the agency is that they're very courteous. I like that they're able to provide care while laughing like they're having a good time.
5 / 5Shelly C
They could have provided caregivers and not let people down when they were supposed to show up. They did not come, and they did not let us know that they were not coming. It is dangerous and bad business. We ended up spending so much time having to rush over there because no one would show up. It messed up our lives for a while.
0.5 / 5Melinda A
I like the services they provide. They help the most by providing the care needed.
4.75 / 5Wanda "Jean" B
She is very compassionate, caring, and understanding. If I have a problem, she takes care of it. She is kind, and understanding.
5 / 5Alice D
I liked Laura Lynn and I would recommend her. But the people they sent out were not trained at all. They should vet their people better. The agency should vet their employees and train them better.
0.5 / 5Anonymous
I'd recommend it because they are efficient and timely. I like that I can count on her to send me someone.
5 / 5Andi B
Could improve with the care when you call in.
4 / 5Phillip (
Just the quality of the caregivers that they've provided to me has been very good, and they get along with my dad. Well the fact that they're CNA's and seem to be very attentive, they see problems ahead of times and keep me apprised of the situation.
5 / 5Anonymous
I would like to know when they are supposed to show up, or when they are late, they are not very timely. They reach out periodically to see how things are going.
4.25 / 5Andi M
I like their people. I like the support they give. It can be exhausting.
5 / 5Jeff L
I really like the providers they provided to my Uncle James. They're there with him around the clock and they do things I just can't do for him.
5 / 5Ken H
I would like them to take care of their caregivers, have consistent caregivers, and work on their scheduling when we ask for a particular caregiver not to come back. They allowed her to be at home, and the love they gave her.
4.25 / 5Donna W
They have gone above and beyond for me. They take excellent care of my dad, and also support me.
5 / 5Sherri S
I would recommend them because I have done so. The last days were wonderful. They showed up on time and my mother was happy with them.
5 / 5Sarah F
Anytime I had a question, I get a quick answer. The caregivers help with my husband's needs.
5 / 5Johanna F
The workers are very friendly. They give me someone who drives if I have an appointment for something.
5 / 5Carole D
They could improve with better people on the weekends. They could make my life easier by having the caregivers get here on time.
