They have a lot of problems with taking care of their people and getting somebody out there. The quality of the people they send out just don't seem to care and want to make a buck and go on with their lives. They need to hire people that care and want to work. That would be helpful.

They work very hard to accommodate to my schedule, and it was a very rigorous schedule to come take care of my wife. And the people they sent over were really good people. I needed help and they sent good help.

They could have provided caregivers and not let people down when they were supposed to show up. They did not come, and they did not let us know that they were not coming. It is dangerous and bad business. We ended up spending so much time having to rush over there because no one would show up. It messed up our lives for a while.
