They fulfill a need. They give us the help that we need. They come once a week.

I like that they are very fast acting when responding to any issues or challenges. I have helped her by helping her cook and clean. I have helped lift the burden off of her shoulders.

I had one really good aid with them and some of the others were difficult. One of them parked her car the wrong way and when I asked her to move it, she left and I was waiting in the bathroom. This past weekend, my caregiver didn't come at all. The service is helpful, even if it's not perfect.

I would recommend them because they have a great quality of care. The day-to-day ability they have to assist my mother, which allows me flexibility to be able to work and take a big weight off of me.

They vet their people, and they are convenient. They could have a greater impact by being more aware of what is needed without her telling them. They could be more proactive.

I would like them to improve the consistency of the caregivers. They do all of the care for my dad when they are there.

They aren't able to help me all of the hours that I need them. They could hire more caregivers that can work more flexible services. If we need two hours in the morning, they should be able to do two more hours later in the day. They are not experienced and don't seem trained.

I like that they are flexible. They need to know what they are there for. They have to be more knowledgeable about the needs to help out with that.

I like Visiting Angels because this week I got a dependable aide to help my husband. Their services have helped get my husband out of bed, and they get him dressed. They help me help him.
