They could find better workers. We've had four people in a very short period of time. They just want to do a little work and leave early, even if the shift isn't done. One of the aides woke him up to tell him she was leaving early. They make sure his room is clean. I am also disabled, and their help has relieved me of some of the load.

HomeWell Care Services should screen people before they send them to the home. HomeWell Care Services should not send more than two people when someone is alone. Don't send me a lot of people to come to my home. They did laundry, cooking, and leaving a meal for me.

I'm concerned about the helpers. Some of them do not have enough training or experience. Some of them don't know how to clean or assist. Most of them worked it out. One of the ladies did not know what a Swiffer was. Another had never seen a mop. Some of them do not want to use soap and water to clean. I don't have to worry about my meals, driving, or finding someone to clean. That's really helpful.
