    Everything has been wonderful, the thing I like is that the caregiver is the same person. If something happens where she can't come, we call and arrange for her to come at a different time so it's flexible. They reach out to me and I get phone calls from the local office for the person that's the scheduler. They're very open to being flexible with us.

    I like this agency because if they send a caregiver who is not a good fit, then they will find another match. The care manager checks in, they have been dependable.

    I would not recommend them. I have had two caregivers and apparently they quit. They gave me a two hours notice that someone wasn't coming and have heard from them since Monday. I am very happy at the moment. It would be nice if they had somebody that would meet my needs in the time that I need them. Their communication is a problem. Calling me two hours before someone is supposed to be here is very upsetting. They didn't have somebody to come.

    They've been good to work with for the last 2 years. I have an odd schedule, and they accommodate it. They have done an excellent job of keeping my shift filled. It makes a big difference; I am unable to bend down or reach up and I can't lift a lot. They do things that I can't do for myself.

I like that my caregiver is very good with technology and has helped me in many ways in doing better giving me care and helping me with things.

    They have good marketing, but I feel like they never quite live up to their marketing hype. They don't have the staff. They don't always handle issues with professionalism. I want a team, not everyone, and strangers coming through my house. I started using another company also. I kept repeating myself but nothing ever changed. It would have been nice to have more qualified people available.

    She didn't seem to get the consistent caregivers sometimes which is what she needed. She was not eating very well. She needed more care than she was getting.

    Under difficult circumstances they have found people to look after my mother. They have a really good staff and have gotten them there in a timely manner. The care manager take care of things and has taken a lot of time to understand my mother's needs. The aide had been tolerant beyond belief. They have put up with a lot of crap.

    I would like more consistency among the staff. Some of them come know what they are supposed to do and others don't. The cleaning part has helped me the most, they clean things I cannot do for myself.

    We like our current provider. The helper that comes is just wonderful. Her name is Fatu. On the days the caregiver is here, it's outstanding. She has assisted in getting the client up and getting her in the shower as well as getting her ready. She is here for 4 hours once a week and in the times she's here, she has constant attention to the client for that time. It's very helpful.

    The agency is very expensive, and the caregivers were not supposed to communicate directly with the family members, and I did not care for that. Everything had to go thought the front desk and I wanted direct access to the caregivers. That was really important for me to be able to know what is going on in each situation. I liked being able to schedule right away and could adjust schedules.
