    They didn't tell that I needed to sign a paper telling them I stopped using the services, so they kept charging me when I wasn't using the services. I really didn't need them much because I was well.

    I like that we can find someone last minute to come in. It's not clear to me how much training some of the caregivers have had. They haven't been very professional.

    I think they're doing a good job, I don't have any complaints. They do what they're supposed to do.

    Everything I ask them to do they will do, they are nice people. I have enough care, they are fun to talk to. The caregivers will do anything I ask them to do, they will make the bed and do some cleaning.

    HomeWell Care Services try their best to find the right caregiver to help my mother. My mother is unable to do much by herself, so without the extra help, she would spend a lot more time in bed with dirty diapers.

    He does everything I ask him, and we're getting into a routine. Everything I've asked of him has been done. He cooks for me and makes sure I'm fed. I have a hard time walking, and he's helped me get situated.
