Whatever my dad needed they did a great job no questions asked. The provider helped with my dads eating, laundry and bathing.

We only had caregivers periodically, so it was hard to find someone sometimes. They were able to find good caregivers that got along with him.

They could improve the quality of the caregivers. The one I have now is good, but some of them have not been doing their job. They are helping me around the house, helping me with my showers, and preparing meals.

I think the caregiver takes an active interest in my dad and tries to get him involved in activities. He's active and engaged. They've done a great job because my caregiver is attentive and informative. He keeps us up to date.

They need to have somebody to fill in when a regular is not available. They work with us very nicely to try to accommodate us.

I liked that Homewatch Caregivers were always very honest with me, they were very responsive when I asked for coverage on a holiday or time when I was not able to be there on a weekend, they scrambled to find people for me, I also felt the quality of people was very good. The caregivers were good about engaging him and making sure he got out of the apartment they also made sure he was bathed, eating and his clothes were changed.

I would recommend them because they work perfectly. The only thing I had to complain about was last summer when they switched people all the time. But since September, we have had a great lady who really loves and takes care of my mom. She is on time and sympathetic. I wish I could afford more.

They seem to be on top of things, but they sometimes they don't let me know about changes. They sometimes communicate through email and I don't read my emails. In finding people for the hours that I want is helpful and they have done a good job on the type of assistance I need. I am an elderly guy and get along with older men.
