Gary K
It was very helpful. My father had just come home after a hospitalization. We only discontinued the service because I moved home to live with them and assist them. The caregiver was very helpful. She was very friendly and my mom loved her company.
5 / 5Debbie P
I would recommend them because the caregiver that works with my dad most frequently has really bonded with him and is concerned about him. Eli has been able to bond with dad and get him to do a lot more at the facility that he is staying at than others.
5 / 5Peter L
The service they provide I couldn't live without. Having people come over on a regular basis has been very helpful.
5 / 5Machaela L
I would recommend them and have recommended them. They are easy to work with. We have had some schedule changes, and the caregiver seems to care for myself and the client at the same time. If there is nobody to come, the owners themselves come and takes care of it. They go ahead and take care of us, help dress me, fix our meals, help clean up, and do the laundry.
5 / 5James S
I like that they get involved with their clients. They've helped me the most with daily activities.
4.75 / 5Barbara B
They are very efficient in what they do. She helps me with cleaning, bathing and just the company.
5 / 5Anonymous
I have had a terrific lady, but not the others. Some of the caregivers are helpful.
4 / 5Jennifer V
I like their attitude and the care they provide. She helps me with things that I could do, but it helps me out so much at this stage in life.
4.75 / 5Lyn H
I like the friendliness. She comes to me two days a week and is very helpful.
5 / 5Patricia R
They're very friendly, knowledgeable, explain things, and have great nursing care. Just everything they do makes me comfortable.
4.5 / 5Patricia W
They try to give us the same caregivers each time. They help me the most with my husband because he's bed-bound.
5 / 5Barbara B
I like that they seem to work with you pretty good. They are really trying to get me caregivers for the hours that I need them and they go out of their way to get the right people.
4.75 / 5Carlyle H
I like that they have really good nurses. They came and shaved him and helped him with bathing.
5 / 5Anonymous
I would like if the agency paid their workers more and deserve the pay. The agency has been really supportive with my mother despite her anxiety.
4.5 / 5Beverly D
They were prompt and thorough with the people and the comprehensive way they attended to her. They provided hands-on therapy. It allowed me to make brief trips for errands knowing the care was there and competent.
4.75 / 5Martha W
They have some good people working for them. The impact was as good as it could be, even though my wife was sick. They helped in any way they could help.
5 / 5George A
They have sent people that do a very good job. We have been pleased with the help. They are taking care of the things we can't do by ourselves anymore.
4.75 / 5Lori B
Reliability as well and my mom had an accident earlier this year, they provide additional assistance Made themselves available via phone, and mail, good communication for regular care
4.75 / 5Phyllis H
The caregivers always try to listen to my concerns. I have had multiple caregivers with my time with them. The caregivers have been very nice. The only difficulty I have had is that English is not the first language for some of the caregivers. It is difficult for me to hear them. The service makes my life so much easier. They made it possible for me to stay with my service dog and stay at home.
