I would recommend Home Instead to others because they always seem to be able to cover most shifts, and they let you know who's going to be there for the shift. My mother has dementia so having familiar faces here is really important to me, we only have 2–4 caregivers, so she recognizes them, and it keeps her at ease. I would like them to be more attentive to her needs as far as exercise and keeping her mind more stable.

I would recommend them because they sent a good caregiver, Christie. When Christie is here, everything is good. However, I only stick with Christie because she's the only caregiver I trust. She keeps me going.
