I would just like to see the people that are coming to the home do just a little bit more. The caregivers have helped the most by just making sure the client is taking his medicine and making sure he eats.

I would recommend this agency because they are very informative and they keep me in the loop. His daily life wasn't great, but they had a chaplain come and see him and that made him feel better. They also provided great comfort to the client.

I like how they are very responsive to our needs. We count our blessings every day, we have Vickie in our life. Vickie plays a key role in my mom's physical and mental being and she's there with her 5 days a week, so that really helps. I'm able to go to work and not worry.

When I am getting ready to eat I would like to see the caregivers from Home Helpers wash their hands in the kitchen sink that is right by me. I have never seen them wash their hands. I would like them to not assume anything.

I've already recommended them to a couple of people. I like that the girls that are employed have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the girl that comes to me. The agency is there if I need to talk to anyone about anything. They are really easy to work with, which is nice.
