I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. I like the work that the individual performs and her being here on time. I see my caregiver twice a week, so the rest of my week is not affected by the agency. My caregiver's presence makes it more convenient for my wife to have a little more freedom in terms of setting up her own schedule. That is quite helpful.
