Esther is great. We like her a lot. I don't' have much interaction with the agency, but in the beginning. They work hard to match you with caregivers who a good fit for you. They also do a seven-year background check. Our caregiver is definitely more of a caregiver than a homemaker. She does do the chores, but she is more focused on the patients themselves. She sits on a chair and watches him outside his room all day.
