The aides really do take an interest in the patient. They are very caring and nurturing, and the office is very responsive in the case of an emergency. They treat the patients like family. They give ease of mind to have someone there that I am comfortable with to take care of my mom. Not having any anxiety about who is looking after her really takes a burden off my shoulders.
