This is a great help for me.

We went through a standard of care and very few things were getting done. If I tried to go three times a week and do what I do daily, which is what I asked the caretakers to do, those things were not done. By clearing dishes in the sink, they could wash them or put them in the dishwasher.

They could have improved on sending the same workers and making sure that they were consistent in the job they were supposed to do. Not letting the worker be on time and the amount of time they were supposed to do, that needed to be adjusted which they never do. It was mediocre. They could have done the job they were supposed to do. Do the actual hours they were supposed to do and not take calls.
