I like the girls that work here. They always try to help me.
4.25 / 5Hans S
They need to recommend what exercises to do instead of asking me. It had very little impact.
1.5 / 5Anonymous
The scheduling is a hit or miss. Just last week has been up in the air. The voicemail is not open to leave messages, so they need a better tracking system to make changes. My mom's companionship care, so they sit with my mother.
4 / 5Brian H
They are very punctual. They are very helpful.
5 / 5John W
The last person they sent was very good. They are reliable and did a good job.
3.75 / 5Gloria S
I like that the workers are really nice. They seem to be professionals in what they do. Whenever I need them, they give me what I ask for.
4.75 / 5Kenneth C
I like that they are very considerate and on time. Everything is good. They do everything they are asked to do.
5 / 5Carol D
I would tell a friend that Home Helpers have excellent staff. They are very professional and compassionate when caring for my mother.
4.75 / 5Lori C
They provided transportation for me.
5 / 5Anonymous
This region where they are located is difficult to find staff. The caregivers could be more proactive about doing things around the house.
3.5 / 5Anonymous
I would like to see a better timeline. They have a 2-hour minimum and some of the services don't require two hours. They are just there when you call, always can get a live person and if you don't, they call you back.
4.5 / 5Steven T
They are very good at doing things and I don't have to remind them. They are polite and always on time If something is coming up or someone can't come in, they always find me someone else to come in.
5 / 5Norris H
I would recommend them because they are friendly and dedicated to their work. They have already made my life easier. I get to relax a little and run errands.
4.5 / 5Stephan H
I liked that they were friendly and professional. We did not do much and it only lasted one day but it was good.
4.75 / 5Alice Z
I like everything about them. They do everything for me.
5 / 5Albertha B
I had two caregivers and the two that I had, I wasn't pleased with them at all. I don't know what I am going to do. I had spoken to a couple of people in the company. I don't know what the workers are telling the company, but they need to give them a job description on what they have to do when they come into the patient's house. They come here and they sit around. These girls are just too young and inexperienced. One caregiver was 21 and the second one is 30. The company is nice, but it's just the workers. They need more experience. I tell them what I want them to do, but there's not much here for them to do. I need people that might need to go to the store. I know I have to give them something, and I don't mind that. I pay the bus when I have to go places so if they can go places and take me places, that would be great, but I am not going to ride in their car for nothing. The one yesterday, I think her name is Alexis, when she first came here Monday, she swept the kitchen, the hallway, and the dining area
3.25 / 5Liz H
I like the idea that I can get someone for a short time. They have not gotten back to me to set up another appointment with the caregiver.
4 / 5Dianne H
They definitely give good help and take time with the patients. They could come spend time with me and talk to me and help me do things around my apartment including doing my laundry.
4.25 / 5Edith D
They need to be more consistent in who comes out. If we could get Rosann back because she knows the routine.
4 / 5Keith C
They could be more reliable. The most helpful was them sending very qualified people.
4 / 5Anonymous
The administration is not great. They provided respite care, but again the administration could have been better.
3.25 / 5Anonymous
The people we had were very responsible and we had one incident where a young lady was sick and didn't work, but other than that we had three different ones that came, and we were happy with them. They were helpful and they fit in with us. We got along with all of them.
4.5 / 5Nicholas M
They do what I like. They are very helpful. They take me out.
5 / 5Keith C
The caregivers are very knowledgeable and good at their job. They were compassionate. They didn't ignore him.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I found their communication to be somewhat sporadic. They sometimes forgot to let me know if there was a scheduling update. It's been very helpful when I have to call upon them for services.
4 / 5Mary T
I like that the current caregiver is fabulous for us. They have helped the most by allowing me to not worry about if my mother is safe, cared for and doing her activities.
4.75 / 5Steven T
They are very helpful and help me get bathed and shaved. They show up and we do church services together.
