Whenever you call and have a need for them, they will come out. If you need equipment or supplies, they will usually get it for you. They have helped me a lot because my mobility is really low.

We had Home Helpers a while back, and we never had a caregiver that lasted more than a week or two. The girls were 21 or 22, the oldest being 38 and they couldn't do a lot. They were more like a companion, sitting there and watching him.

I think that there is something to improve, and I needed more efficient information from them at the time. They have helped the most with the caregiver developing a nice relationship with me and my wife.

The administration is not great. They provided respite care, but again the administration could have been better.

The people we had were very responsible and we had one incident where a young lady was sick and didn't work, but other than that we had three different ones that came, and we were happy with them. They were helpful and they fit in with us. We got along with all of them.

I found their communication to be somewhat sporadic. They sometimes forgot to let me know if there was a scheduling update. It's been very helpful when I have to call upon them for services.

I like that the current caregiver is fabulous for us. They have helped the most by allowing me to not worry about if my mother is safe, cared for and doing her activities.

For the most part, they sat in the chair and did not do anything. I got up and made my own meals; they didn't do much but sit in the chair, sleep, and talk on the phone.
