I would want them to improve on the caregivers because sometimes the caregivers sit around and do anything. The agency could make my life easier by sending me aids that do not sit around the home.

I would recommend them more if they would learn to call me and let me know when my caregiver isn't coming. They could also let me know ahead of time if they found a fill in. My aide helps me with everything, and whatever I need. She gets things done.
