They come and are here on time, and then they do their job. Most of the time it's good, but there is the occasional misstep. They clean my kitchen and vacuum and they dust. I can't do it and he can't do it.

I would like to see it improved by having nursing staff available aside from having the caregiver. There is nothing more, the caregiver comes out and does what I ask them to do that is within their job description. She does a wonderful job, and she is independent. She assists me with everything I need assistance with. She has never done anything I haven't asked for.

I think I would want a more mature person here from them, that would make me want to recommend them more. They still did their job. All of their caregivers were very personable and understanding, which was helpful. They also were good companionship. It was a good experience overall, but I'm not used to having people here.
