I wasn't able to get the help I was needing. What I was told I would be receiving and what they could actually provide were different. They need to be able to help people with what they need, and I wasn't getting any of that care.

As long as they get Courtney I would recommend them. There were some things the caregiver could have used training on. I like that Courtney was kind and nice They were here when I needed them the most. They did what I needed them to do. There was one person who wasn't my of cup tea but they resolved it immediately.

They are personable and they always answer the phone. They are flexible with changes in patients' needs. They are very conscientious, they call in and check in a lot. They make sure notes and care are taken care of.

They could improve with having more caretakers available. The person we have is really good, but the other 2 were not. They help with cleaning the house.

I like that they are very flexible. If we have appointments or things going on, they can work around that and our regular schedule. I would say if anything they may want to consider a check in with the clients and anyone managing the clients to see what has changes and do a general check in.

The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award signifies high client satisfaction. This award is based on satisfaction ratings gathered from verified clients. To qualify, an agency must outperform other home care agencies in their geographic region in addition to other criteria.

To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.

Home care agencies that qualify for “Employer of Choice” have earned high marks from their caregivers. To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 employee satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
