I like the intimacy of it. Its not a big franchise. Person to person caring level. Most recently, I've had a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows, but they've been outstanding for most of the year.

I have never had any problems. If my usual nurse is sick or out of town, they do a great job finding another nurse. They also adjust easily to my schedule. My schedule would be difficult to manage if the care wasn't great. I like the flexibility and availability on the weekends.

It depends on the service I think people need. Everyone was very nice. I think they need to train their people or hire people who are certified nursing assistants, some people I didn't think were trained well and they need more physical training of the people. Ideally, the same person could be assigned to the client.
