I don't know anybody who could use their services. I don't know that they are motivated enough to do well. It didn't free me up to do the things I had to do like get the groceries or get the mail. I just didn't feel comfortable. I think he enjoyed having the people to talk to. If I wasn't there telling them what to do.

I like that they keep me informed of everything. I have good communication with them. Nobody is perfect, but I like the caregiver we have now. We did go through a bunch to get a good one.

The agency hasn't been great, we were told someone had COVID then we were told the person didn't. A person we had weren't the best, and we wanted fewer days and they couldn't do that. We don't really use them anymore.

With the person that was provided, she is right there. She is an excellent chef, she keeps the place needed. She anticipates my wife's needs. She has been fully in charge since we started, until now. She has breakfast for us, she takes care of my wife showering, laundering, and everything else. I and my children are amazed at what we have here.

The agency is here when they say they will be here. My caregiver does a wonderful job. My caregiver helps me with my laundry and cleans my home.

The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award signifies high client satisfaction. This award is based on satisfaction ratings gathered from verified clients. To qualify, an agency must outperform other home care agencies in their geographic region in addition to other criteria.

- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.

Home care agencies that qualify for “Employer of Choice” have earned high marks from their caregivers. To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 employee satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
