They are responsive and proactive, in the quality of the caregivers they use. We are not the heaviest users, it is a weekly appointment. We are not using them every day. It is helpful in the narrow window that we use them for. They are in home to help with chores.

- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
