One thing I like about the agency is the case manager comes over quarterly to check in. If a caregiver can not make it, they always call us and let us know.

I only have dealt with the director and our homecare aide, so I don't know a lot of them. I have heard a lot of good comments from others. We only have services 4 hours a week and she does everything I ask, and I am satisfied with that. For me personally, it provides me peace of mind just knowing someone is here in case he falls or needs some help.

I liked Patrick, he was very nice and professional. When someone is done doing something, they should ask what more they could do instead of playing on their phones. Ask what else they could help with instead of sitting on their phone.

I think they should make sure everyone has training. Everyone does things differently. I think they do a good job. They could make sure caregivers are trained and don't need to be trained when they come for the first time.

The caregivers need additional training. The office is responsive and flexible. Have some different techniques because sometimes he gets combative. The caregivers could take more initiative.
