Written directions for the person who is getting services from them, so we can understand what they expect and make sure it's what we expect also. By not changing out caregivers that are called in. It happens so often, we don't know who's coming.

Well, they stay on top of things; you can call them when you need to. The lady that works with us is very nice, and it's just a nice company. They check on us all the time and are very polite; you can call them as well as they call you, and they are sincere as far as the things they do for you.

I am really satisfied. I like the flexibility of the schedule and the person working. One thing done that provides a lot of help is getting him into the shower; she is good at persuading him, and she has the strength to support him. A lot of it is freeing me up, and I need a break sometimes.
