They do things for him so I can do something else and have a break where I don't have to worry about him while I'm gone.

We have a good crew right now. Occasionally there are issues, but the office always seems to try to take care of them when they arise and address our concerns. I wish they could do some of the medical things like administering medications, but they aren't allowed to. But they are good for feeding and changing her.
