In the beginning, there were issues with staffing. It has helped tremendously because she is reliant on going to the bathroom, meal prep, and daily activities.

I like the staff and communication. The home health aide is great. They call and let us know if she is not going to be working, like if it is a holiday. When I was a home health aide, I cleaned bathrooms, and they don't offer that. I wish they did.
