Best of Home Care – Leader in Experience is the highest award a home care agency can earn from HCP, an independent satisfaction research firm. “Leader in Experience” is awarded based on client and caregiver satisfaction ratings collected by HCP in telephone interviews. Recipients of this award represent the top 15% of agencies participating in the HCP Experience Management Program. These home care agencies have proven that they provide quality care across every satisfaction category measured by HCP.
Qualification
To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.9+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 2 client and 2 employee satisfaction surveys per month during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Earn both Provider and Employer of Choice Awards for the year.
- ✓ Be a HCP Trusted Provider for at least twelve consecutive months. (The twelve months is from January to December, not rolling.)

- ✓ Be a HCP Certified – Trusted Provider™ for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Minimum of 12 client surveys to qualify for awards.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of your clients on “Do Not Call” for the year.
