He was not a good fit and probably did not need to be in the health care field. I really needed him to vacuum, and he did not know how to do that. He looked like he had not brushed his teeth in years. I was really discouraged when they could not get me a caregiver for my shifts, and I really have a hard time when the different caregivers are coming and going all the time. I have a lot of doctor's appointments. Having somebody to talk to has been great.

When the serviced started it was a little bit inconsistent and there were some no shows. I communicate with the nurse who puts notes in that the caregivers have access to, but it does not seem they get the whole message. So it seems to have a lack of communication between the head nurse and the caregivers.
