I am not likely to recommend it because I have some concerns. They sent me one good person, and then she wasn't there anymore. I want consistency with my caregiver, and they sent me caregivers that don't speak English well. They're difficult to communicate with. I have also had some caregivers that couldn't understand cursive writing. I had to rewrite my grocery list, and I seem to be getting incompetent caregivers. It's new people all the time.

We are very impressed; they are proficient and professional, have excellent communication, and they provide substitutes when a caregiver can't make it. The way they operate is the best that I have seen. The impact is huge. They have a lot of excellent caregivers and if there are any situations they respond quickly and appreciate our feedback. They also try to correct the issue right away. They're here 12 hours a day so it's a big deal to us and it does affect my wife's daily experience.
