They are very responsive, they did a good job with placement, and if there is an issue with care, they make sure to address it. They always answer calls. It's important and imperative. Life wouldn't work without it. It is better than the care in the hospital. And it is very respectful of her age and her life. This has made our life much easier.

The first one comes at 4pm and by that time everything is done. There is nothing left for the caregivers to do. They weren't helping, and every time there was a new nurse, I would have to train her on how to care for my husband.

I wouldn't recommend it to anybody because I didn't get anything out of it. I need more physical therapy than what I was getting. There was a decent nurse and a physical therapist. It was very minimal. I really don't know.
