They are awesome. It was very accommodating and flexible. They met different needs based on what mom needed that day. They really spent attention trying to match her with her schedule. They did so much for my mom. They put me at ease, so I wasn't worried about my mom and her husband. They were taking care of both of them. It gave me peace of mind and I felt comfortable with them.

I like that my dad has been happy with everybody's that come over, he's had a good relationship and experience with them. They've been very helpful. The caregivers clean the bathroom, and they clean the kitchen floor.

I like that the individuals are knowledgeable. The client has Alzheimer's, and they know how to take care of her and how to react when she's odd. The client doesn't really know what's going on, but she's comfortable with the people that come in, which is important. The caregivers have helped the most by making sure that they check on her and that she eats. My main concern is that she is cared for and not just left in her room with nothing to do and no one to talk to.

I liked that after having a hard time finding someone, as soon as we found them we had someone out here within a week and most everything was done over the phone, and they made it a very simple process. I liked that it gave me a break and was able to sit chat and watch TV with him. When she would come, I was able to get things done around the house. It was a great help, even though I didn't go anywhere or do anything, having someone else to help me with things I needed, and was nice. She was more of a companion, and she helped him when needed.

The service is very new. I have only had the girl come two times. The person who came is nice and sweet, but she is on the phone all the time. Tom still takes care of himself, and the caregivers don't do anything but his laundry.
