The care has been excellent due to the young lady here. I like that they have her scheduled for Monday and Wednesday. It is working for me but Monday and Thursday would be better.

I have enjoyed the caregiver, and I like that I can call in, and they are easy to work with. Just having another individual care for my father, and them being able to help care for him, and lift that burden.

We are supposed to have a girl on Tuesday and Thursday, but the one on Thursday seems to always have to leave early. She uses her daughter as an excuse, but other than that they do what we ask them to do. We do have some girls that don't need to be on their phones all the time too, so that's good. They really pay attention to him. The first day they come, we tell them what we expect from them and they seem to do okay.

The first aide my Grandfather had was lacking, hardly reliable. She did not know how to do much, but when she left and the new aide came in, she was outstanding! Could not ask for better! My Grandfather fell and ended up in the ER. The caregiver was there and stayed in the hospital with him and gave me updates. Then she brought him home from the hospital. She is wonderful! She is there every step of the way! She gives me 40 hours I don't have to worry about.

Their consistency with workers could be improved. I have several people not show up or call out last minute. They could have consistent employees.

I like the person that they sent, they are knowledgeable. The lady came in and she cleaned my house for me and now I have a living room, bathroom, and kitchen again.

They should offer more training for the caregivers the send out. The caregiver does anything we ask of her and we love that.

Their documentation of each visit was important, we could see how my mom was doing. We liked the care they gave to my mom, they gave her the attention she needed and treated her respectfully.

The agency tries to get us set up with the right people. The agency helps us if we need help.

The agency is very flexible and understanding. They always make sure we have coverage for my mom. Having the services allows me to go to work knowing my mom is being cared for.
