They are supposed to be training them and having them trained when they come. Some of them just think they need to sit with me and there are things to be done, so I've sent a lot away. My daughter comes and does things on the first floor of the house. One caregiver came in and saw that and said she didn't think she needed to do anything, but there were things that needed to be put away and hung up.

I like that it's a good agency, I only have one care person with me for 5 hours a day. She is wonderful, but she's the only one I have so I don't have to worry about scheduling. The caregiver has helped with his dinner, gets him ready for bed, and puts him down for the night.
