I like that they take care of a very necessary task that I have never enjoyed, even when feeling. They give me real help. The social part of seeing them is also important to me. They chat with me for a few minutes before they get started working. I wouldn't like someone that just comes in robotic and gets to work. So I like the personal touch.

I'd like to speak with an office manager. My aide calls the office, and they do not respond to her. I can't walk, so she does all the tasks I can't. She takes the trash and runs to the mailbox. She cleans and does everything for me.
