It went downhill after the lady that came to set me up came. It was not worth the money they were charging me. They sent me caregivers that acted like they did not know what to do. It was awful and they sent someone different every time. Their services were poor until the end. The person at the end was a big help, she was great.

They were really great with my mom because I was overseeing it. This last time I used them for me. I told them I wasn't sure how many hours I would need and asked if I could add more, they said sure. I did need to add hours, but the person they sent was late picking me up, so I had to call a friend to pick me up. I used them one time and the provider did not bring me home.

- ✓ Complete a minimum of 2 client and 2 employee satisfaction surveys per month during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Earn both Provider and Employer of Choice Awards for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients and employees for at least one calendar year.

The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award signifies high client satisfaction. This award is based on satisfaction ratings gathered from verified clients. To qualify, an agency must outperform other home care agencies in their geographic region in addition to other criteria.
Qualification
To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.

Home care agencies that qualify for “Employer of Choice” have earned high marks from their caregivers. To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
