I like that they understand what Amy's situation is, and were able to match a caregiver that was a good fit for her. It has been a positive experience because they know how to handle Amy. They have always been on time and they know what her needs are when I am away.

They have made a great impact on my life because on the one day they come, it is a very enjoyable time for my husband, where I can have time to get other things done outside of the home.

The caregivers have been good with my Mom, they treat her with respect. They send me scheduling that does not change. They also send me a copy of the billing.

I think they're open and honest about how they run the business. They're upfront with the costs and their procedures, so it's easy to understand and know what to expect. My husband doesn't feel that it's necessary given that he has Alzheimer's, but the services are meaningful and necessary.

I like the people from the agency. The agency does not have a lot of caregivers, that is my only issue. The billing is hard to understand, but the lady who helps with the billing is nice. The agency does not have the staffing. The caregiver themselves are great and the agency. The caregiver is trustworthy on time as well as reliable. The caregivers do whatever I ask her to within her parameters. Her name is Heather and I like her a lot, I would leave her with my husband, and know that she is doing a good job. She also drives us places and does things for us, and she takes good care of my husband.

The caregivers just being there made an impact on the whole family's life. Our caregivers were particularly caring, kind, compassionate, and helpful. Just their presence made the rest of the family's life easier because we were able to leave the home, leave her alone, and get our other errands done and know that the client was safe and comfortable.
