I like that they provide caregivers to my husband through the VA. The people there are very nice to talk to on the phone. We only have two caregivers and they keep the apartment cleaned up and tidy. I still have to go home at lunch and give him lunch and change him. It's hard on me, but it's what it is.

I like that they have been amazingly responsive to any questions, they are on top of letting us know schedule changes from the home health aides, and what's going on. It is working out very well for her. From my end, knowing someone is keeping an eye on her, it relieves me from the time frame. My sister has even said how the care provider has ordered her around and helped her without making her feel like an idiot.
