    My mother has dementia, and it's impossible to reach Medicare or Medicaid, it's a very stressful situation, but they've handled everything, and I've only had positive outcomes so far. They're extremely responsive and helpful. It's life-changing because she is in a great place and because of them she can stay in that great place.

    I like that they are quick, responsive, and if I have any issues, I just have to make one phone call and they are on it right away. I rely a lot on these people and if I have any questions, I just ask them, if they don't know right away, they find someone to answer me.
