I like this agency because the response has been good, and it is easy to get ahold of people when I need to. I have noticed that my caregivers are nice for helping me out with personal hygiene stuff like my toiletry and shower cleanup process.

The problem I'm having with them is that if the caregiver is late, they call me maybe a half-hour beforehand. That gets very concerning because my mother needs to be out of bed by 8am and sometimes I'm not there to do it myself and they usually can't fill someone else in. They don't initiate themselves to do things. They sit on the couch and that's it. I don't think they have very professional caregivers.

I would recommend them because they tend to hire good staff, and they provide vaccinated caregivers. They have helped the most with consistent help going up and down stairs.

I only use them for the LPN medication service. I wish they wouldn't have the automatic withdrawal and they could have better communication. If they didn't do the medication, I would be doing it.

I would recommend them because of the particular caregiver that I have for my mom, and she is outstanding. Some of the others on the off days do not measure up to the same level. She gets very anxious and confused if someone is not with her.

The people that they send are on the whole good people. If we don't think that they are a good fit for Jennifer we tell them and they don't come anymore. We do a lot of the work before they come here and so they are here for 4 hours. What they have been doing is pretty good.

This in response to the office, not the care I'm receiving. I want my invoices sent via email, and they keep sending them in the mail. Though, they have said that they'd change it, and have not done so. She is patient, and there is good communication between the caregiver and I. She is focused on helping me.

I would like to see the quality of the care improved. We've had people fall asleep and sit on their tablets and not interact. I still have to be involved because a lot of the times I'm not sure if anyone is going to show up at all, so it hasn't improved since I have hired them.

If somebody needed a great deal more care than my husband needs, I would have a hard time saying to do it. I really consider this to be more tending, to make sure that my husband's not wandering off someplace or getting into things, but it's simply a matter of adult sitting. I certainly look forward to Wednesdays so that I can get the grocery shopping done.
