They were very friendly and very nice. They understood the problems that I was having and did their best to make things comfortable for me. Without the services, I would be in deep trouble.

They could improve on having consistent caregivers because we get a lot. It would really help to know who is coming and the more they communicate, the better I would feel. There people do call in and sometimes we will get a no-show. It is hard having a lot of different people in the home.

They keep me informed on what is going on. We have not been without someone during the schedule. I have had some great caregivers who do things without needing to be asked. We did have one who just sat on her phone texting, but she was only here once. They have great interaction with my husband whether it is playing cards, puzzles, or conversation.

I would like to have a consistent caregiver available to me to establish a relationship. They usually spend time with her and make sure she is not left alone.

Some of the caregivers don't do their jobs. Some just sit on their phones. The caregivers are just not doing anything.

They can send out a different caregiver, she isn't doing what is expected of her. They can send a caregiver that is willing to work.
