I've had insistences with caregivers overstepping boundaries with families. She has 24/7 caregivers, so they do it all for her.

If there are issues, they're always available to discuss, and their billing is easy. They're a very good company to deal with. He's not very mobile yet, so with the services, he doesn't have to worry about getting to doctor appointments or anything. They provide the type of service that we need.

They're very responsive. My dad's caretaker is fabulous. They try to do everything to find a replacement. He has dementia. She's super young but good. She can relate to him. She's always on time and is good with communicating. They're really open.
