They could improve by providing more hours with aid and having the particular caregiver you like in your home more often. On my mom's side, she enjoys the company of the caregiver. It gives her an opportunity to socialize with someone other than me and for me it allows me to take a breather and run some errands.

I've been working with Sam and Caleb for years and like the service they provide. She loves Anne the most. They are very attentive to her needs.

I've been happy with them. It's 24/7 care. I feel like the communication between the nurses and caregivers have been good. The client has a lot of compromises. She's gotten to know her and her likes well. She determined we needed to buy a different type of bed wash to wash her. She liked that as opposed to getting a sponge bath.

As far as my caregivers now, they are fabulous. I did have one that was horrible. It took them a couple weeks to get me a new caregiver, I do love the people that work there but I think the company needs to be more organized. My caregiver now is awesome, the one I had a couple weeks ago was not so great. It's hard because I had a rough situation a few weeks ago.
