Well so far the quality of different people they have sent out seem to be knowledgeable and patient with my father. It's very important, the quality of care is very important to me for him. They mainly help him with his bathing, he's sustained some very big falls, they've helped bathe him in bed.

The one here now is perfect. Lisa is a 10. She gives him a shower. When I ask her, she jumps at that. She sweeps the floors. She dusts and she's busy all the time. I got to carry him to the doctor; she'll work with them to come later or have more hours the next day.

I have experience with them and I like it. When I call, someone talks to me. Everyone I've reached out to seems personable. We haven't had steady help. When someone new comes, I have to reintroduce them to my aunt. I really need someone who can come and I don't have to explain everything again. Also, my aunt has Alzheimer's. I'm waiting for the consistent care.
