I have a hard time getting the caregivers to come to work and stay. They could come in and do their job and not ask me what to do or how to do it.

The current caregiver we have now has been great for us, but one of the caregivers did not have a heart for the job. They have helped the most by helping my husband with his bath, change his bed and cook for him.

I like the caregiver. She is great. It is helpful for me, and it gives me a break. The caregivers help with cutting his nails and combing his hair.

I would like them to assign consistent caregivers and call me with any schedule changes. I would like them to send a more consistent caregiver. The caregivers need to know how to make a bed.

When we had them, we went through a lot of different caregivers. It confused my husband. They didn't seem to have enough staff to support the clients. They need to hire more caregivers. They were very helpful, but I didn't trust all of them to be qualified to care for an Alzheimer's patient. Overall, I was happy with the service.
