There were a couple of things that happened in the beginning, my grandmas first caregiver had a few issues and was not very professional and then a new caregiver was put in place without no mention to anybody other than my grandmother who has dementia. It is helpful to have the services and I can not provide that care.

I would recommend them because Linda was very helpful and caring. I enjoyed working with her. The agency made the experience positive because the first day that the caregiver came, Linda came and facilitated the introduction.
