I liked that the agency sent someone out and once I was done they allowed them to leave so they weren't just here sitting. I had just come out of the hospital and I just wanted to rest and not have someone here while I try to find something for them to do, because she could only do stuff related to me and not involve anyone else for her to do her job. I live with my daughter and grandson.

It seems like for many years there was a turnover in management (but that was during Covid thought) but office management is great now, and I would recommend them. It's tremendous. For me, knowing a reliable person is showing up to take care of the lady I'm responsible for is huge.
