I think my schedule has been a little difficult. We are seeming to work that out but it's still a problem. I'm not capable of bathing myself. My wife is also injured so she can't bathe me either.

I would like to see more consistency. I am scheduled to have people and there are occasions when there are staffing problems. The agency could make life easier by being there.

The caregivers are wonderful. I can do what I want and they are able to help.

There are many things that need to be improved. When you're a new client and they have their healthcare team person come for the first time, the screener needs to come with the CNA to introduce them to you so you know who these people are so they don't just show up to the house. They don't have things structured correctly. I think the owner gets involved too many times. It's more or less the female owner that gets involved and screws things up. She gets upset very quickly and the male owner tries to pacify her a lot. They could have had a greater impact if they actually trained the caregivers properly. The owners are always scurrying around to put our fires instead of training them. They just need to train them. I know they don't train their caregivers because they say they don't get trained well enough when they came to my house. The people that came to my house don't get trained and they don't know what they're supposed to do and you get crappy service. The owners are too much involved.

They didn't send caregivers who could lift the client. We had to help the caregivers lift him.
3.75 / 5Dawn F
I like that they are very caring. If you need someone, they tried their best to get someone who can help.
4.25 / 5Charles 'Allen' T
They are very personable, friendly, and easy to get along with, so I'd recommend them to anybody because of that. They are willing to do anything that you can't quite do yourself any more like folding clothes or other stuff that you need done.
4.5 / 5Jackie R
I like that they are on time, and aren't late. They are also polite and cordial. It would be difficult without them. They help me by being here when I don't want to be alone.
